A physician assistant is a health care practitioner who practices medicine in collaboration with or under the supervision of a physician. Physician Assistants are trained under the medical model, similarly to physicians, to deliver high-quality medical care in both primary and secondary care settings. Physician assistants are integral members of the health care team in many hospitals and clinical practices.
Kaitlin is looking forward to getting to know her patients and spending time with them. As a Physician Assistant Kaitlin will treat the whole patient, but specific areas of interest include exercise physiology, orthopedics and skin cancer.
